International Shipping Agreement & Export Power of Attorney Summary:
1. The customer authorizes Icon Logistics Services LLC as true and lawful forwarding agent for export control, AES filing, and U.S. Customs declarations under 19 CFR 192.
2. Customer certifies all shipments contain NO unauthorized explosives, hazardous materials, or illegal goods.
3. Customer agrees that freight payment is due upon vessel arrival per invoice terms. For Lagos, Nigeria cargo, all outstanding charges must be cleared within 60 days of arrival.
4. Customer confirms understanding of carrier liability limitations ($50 max liability for freight forwarder) and option to purchase marine insurance.

Please be informed that shipments will be accepted with the condition that full payment is rendered no later than 30 days following the vessel's arrival. Should payment remain outstanding beyond this 30-day period, the destination agent reserves the right to auction the unit.

We certify tanks are drained of fuel residue, batteries are protected from short circuit, windows are partly open, and no hazardous materials are inside.

I hereby authorize Icon Logistics LLC to file the Automated Export System (AES).

I accept and agree to the terms and conditions, vehicle certifications, and AES filing authorization.
